Steady Forward Progress

We are still are around $40 thousand dollars for our capital improvement drive - thanks!! Keep them coming!!!
 
Let me give you a quick update on some of our improvements:

• We recently completed the sidewalk widening a couple of weeks ago - it is such a simple improvement to the property.
  
• We have replaced one of the toilets in the women's breezeway bathroom.  We hope this will improve the toilets plugging up.  We will slowly be replacing all of the toilets in the breezeway bathrooms.
  
• After a lot of homework we have ordered the commercial dishwasher for the kitchen!  Yeah!  It should arrive and be installed in the coming weeks!
  
• We are still awaiting a review and estimate on the sanctuary roof leak.

 
The property committee met last week to review our priorities for the coming year (12-18)months).  We will present to council for approval.  Once they have approved we will share with you all.
