Projects underway!

Again, we want to thank you for your support and contributions!  We have raised over $19,000, that will reduce our need to use the line of credit from the POP+Zion fund - $4000 dedicated to the dish washer, and $5000 dedicated to the playground. Thank-you!
 
The following is the list that we are working over the next 18 months:

• Sewer Repair and Upgrade
• Sidewalk Widening at the fellowship Hall
• Conference room roof
• Narthex Roof
• Fascia on the fellowship hall (including the necessary termite work)
• Fix the kitchen Sewer
• Replace the Dishwasher

 
We recently completed the roof on the sanctuary narthex!  We have scheduled the sanctuary conference room repair.  We are also assessing the north-side sanctuary roof.   Unfortunately, a large leak appeared near the choir during Thanksgiving rehearsals.   
 
In addition, we recently repaired the sewer in the narthex of the hall (Kitchen Sewer).  The original sewer failed and was causing significant issues for the kitchen.  You will notice a patch of cement in the hall narthex - we had to remove the tile, dig hole a couple of feet deep and replace the sewer line.  We are in the process of scheduling the last sewer line replacement - between the breezeway and the main line that will be scheduled for after the holidays.
 
Finally, the kitchen dishwasher, we are doing our due diligence on finding the best replacement as well as ensuring the appropriate electrical connections.
 
We are also finishing policies regarding expenditure approvals as well as a rental income proposal for the future.
