A Beautiful Setting to Start Your Life Together

Prince of Peace offers a beautiful facility and park-like grounds for weddings. The Sanctuary/Worship Center seats about 275 comfortably. 

The fee for a wedding in the Prince of Peace Sanctuary worship space is $2000*.

The fee covers use of the Sanctuary and staff services, including:

• Staff wedding coordinator on-site for rehearsal & wedding​
• ​One hour rehearsal in the Sanctuary (usually held the night before the wedding)
• Pianist OR organist the day of the wedding  
• Three hours in the worship space and surrounding gardens on the day of the wedding. This time should include the ceremony, as well as pre & post ceremony activities like dressing, photos, & clean-up and removal of personal items.  
• In addition, you may use our candelabras and pew candles for your ceremony.

Specialty live music (soloists/instrumentalists/musicians at rehearsal), live streaming video, and sound technician can be sometimes be arranged for additional fees. Contact the office for current rates and availability.

A $500 deposit is required to reserve the wedding date. 
Deposit is in addition to wedding fees and will be returned after the event when contract conditions are met.
Half of the total fee is due 6 months from event date.
Final payment is due 30 days before the event. 
Cancellations made 61 days prior to the event will receive a refund. After 60 days $250 will be retained to pay the staff.

Pastoral Services

There is an additional $700 fee for Prince of Peace's pastor to officiate a wedding if the couple are not members of Prince of Peace. This fee is to cover required pre-marital counseling time and materials.

Pre-marital counseling is required and includes the completion of an on-line inventory called Prepare/Enrich and at least one face-to-face meeting.

​Whether to allow a visiting Pastor to preside is at the discretion of the Prince of Peace. If you wish to have another pastor officiate the service the Prince of Peace pastors need to have the opportunity to consult with him/her about the ceremony. If your ceremony is not a good fit, your deposit will be refunded in full.

Music

The wedding fee includes an organist or pianist that plays 20 minutes of prelude music including seating the families, as well as the Processional, Recessional, and a hymn for the service. Other instrumentalists or vocalists can sometimes be arranged for additional fees, with advanced notice. 

Music is very personal. The further you plan in advance, the more likely you will get the music you love. Here are some sample playlists to give you ideas. You will be asked to provide the sheet music for Contemporary and Popular music to ensure you get arrangements you love!
