For over a year Prince of Peace has been a participant and major driver for Rotating Safe Car Park (RSCP) a shelter for individuals and families living in vehicles.
Preparation for being a monthly host is more complicated during COVID-19, but Prince of Peace is always up to the task. These dining tables are 8 feet long and thoroughly cleaned with bleach between each use. Mobile COVID testing is made available to both the shelter guests and volunteers. There have been zero COVID cases within the shelter or volunteers to date. Prince of Peace has even been able to increase hospitality to include extra meals during the pandemic. All this is worth it to provide hospitality for a ministry that has grown in need.
