Last Friday was the kick-off of Fellowship Excursions. These are monthly outings to explore our area. Nothing gives you time to get to know someone like carpooling to a fun destination!
The initial group was all women - but this is not a women's group. This is for anyone who wants to get to know some of the friendly people. Days and times will vary so everyone can join in occasionally. Next month the group will meet at 8:00 am on Friday, March 13th to carpool to the Japanese Tea Garden in Golden Gate Park. Normally, there is a small entrance fee, but on Friday mornings there is no fee when you join the FREE walking tour offered by volunteers from the San Francisco library. This is a great opportunity to see the garden in spring bloom and learn some San Francisco history. The walk is very slow and there are a few hills but there are sure to be helpers. Email, call or text (408-667-1934) Darcy Dutcher to sign-up (and ensure enough drivers) and/or to suggest an outing that you would like to visit with friends. by Anne Hess

The Wednesday Crew and Pastor Nate have been working on improving the lights around campus at night. All are LED bulbs on photo voltaic timers for maximum efficiency as well.
Thank you Wednesday Crew! The Weavers women's group is reading a book on having tough conversations. The book is called "I think you're wrong, but I'm listening".
They are only up to chapter 3, so there is still time to get involved. Contact Cionee Falkenhagen if you are interested in joining the study. by Anne Hess Last Sunday Prince of Peace adopted a new, more inclusive, welcome statement. To mark the occasion a new banner was unveiled that will hang in our Sanctuary.
