From Our Homes to Yours: "A Gift of Song" 

Covid 19 is influencing the way we celebrate Christmas at Prince of Peace this year. Because music is such an integral part of our worship and connection to each other we had to find a way to bring the powerful Prince of Peace Christmas music experience out of the building for 2020. The result is a CD comprised of our holiday favorites featuring members and guests that are all familiar to the community.

Imagine our organist, Mike Touchi recording in the beautiful midnight light of our sanctuary windows. Our solo singers and karaoke choir safely recording vocals in both near and far-flung locations. Our PoP band bringing their skills from their homes and vacation sites. Engineer Marc Farley worked many, many long hours lovingly combining Mike's keyboard renditions with soloists and choir to create the final tracks for ten songs. Mike Halloran brought the band track together. Katie Hoffman designed and created beautiful CD sleeves for the CDs that were delivered to each Prince of Peace home. This was a labor of love that brought together college students, current & past PoPers, & guests in "A Gift of Song". We hope you enjoy our response to 2020.
