Partnership

Prince of Peace has partnered with Bay Area Families helping CZU, LNU, & SCU Fire Victims and Evacuees to provide a location where evacuees can acquire items donated by South Bay residents. This enables South Bay residents to directly help those affected by the fires.

This is a temporary project meant to fill the gap while victims work with insurance, Red Cross, or until temporary evacuees are able to return to their homes.

​The shop will be open through September 12th.

Getting Help

• Evacuees may "shop" the donated items in our Fellowship Hall
  • 2:00-7:00pm Monday through Friday
  • 8:00am - 11:00 am Saturday
  • Closed Sunday
  • Closes permanently on September 12
• There is no charge
• You may come back as often as you would like - please do!
• More donations are added each day
• If you do not find what you need, leave your name and contact info with a volunteer. We can contact you if it comes in.

Volunteer

We are in need of volunteers to take-in, sort, disinfect, and stock & organize the donation center. If you have a few hours in the next two+ weeks and would like to help, please sign up below.
All Volunteers MUST:

• Wear a mask
• Sign a Covid waiver
• Frequently wash hands and disinfect

We are collecting donations of new or gently used items from the list below at our location:
12770 Saratoga Ave, Saratoga. 
​Please deliver to the patio in the middle of the property. ​

CURRENT NEEDS: 

You have been so generous! We have more than we need of many items, but there are shortages of others. 

• Sign-up here to bring a needed item.  If the item is on the list and you sign up to bring it, you can be assured we will accept it. If the item is not on the list, please don't bring it.

Collection hours are Monday through Thursday 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm and Saturday 8:00 am to 10:00 am
Please do NOT leave donations if there is no volunteer.
