Prince of Peace provides comfort and ministry to those that are confined to convalescent homes and hospitals. Many of those that we visit have no other friends or family.
Prince of Peace provides dinner to the families staying at the Family Supportive Housing throughout the year. We also provide camperships which allow over two dozen children from the shelter to attend a summer retreat at Mount Cross. Family Supportive Housing provides food and shelter to the growing number of homeless families.
Prince of Peace is part of a team of churches, sponsored by Thrivent and Habitat for Humanity, which has helped to build houses for families in need in the South Bay. This program is part of a national program which will build more than 1000 houses in the next two years. 10 – 15 members from Prince of Peace volunteer several times a year to help with the house building and to support the house builders.

We have a food drive on the third Sunday of each month for the Lord's Pantry. The Lord's Pantry provides food to hundreds of needy families in the bay area every year.
Pueblo de Dios is a mission church of Prince of Peace Lutheran Church (and previously Zion Lutheran). They are actively becoming a financially self-sustaining body of believers. Their goal is to plant 5 new Spanish Speaking churches in the Northern California area within the next 7 years. It is the mission of Pueblo de Dios to Seek, Invite, and make Disciples of Christ.
The Center for Wellness was begun over 15 years ago to serve the physical, emotional mental, spiritual and relational well-being of people in our community and congregation. A variety of highly trained therapists and practitioners of various healing arts work at the Center. Services are provided at sliding scale fees based on your ability to pay.
